If the luggage is damaged upon receipt: Please let us know, and our dedicated team will respond within 12 hours to address the issue.

Setting the lock combination: 1. Turn the dials to the default combination (0-0-0). 2. Press down the button with a tool, set the new combination (e.g., 8-8-8), then pull the square part. 3. Lock the case again, and you can now open it with the new combination.

Using the charging port: 1. Unzip the front pocket and find the cable inside. 2. Charge it with a power bank. (The USB input only works for USB output) 3. Open the outside charge port and connect it with a cable, then connect it to your phone.

No zipper pull on the interior liner: The absence of zipper pulls on the interior is a deliberate design choice to prevent potential scratching or damage to your belongings.

No key included: LUGGEX luggage features a convenient TSA lock, allowing you to secure your suitcase with a PIN code. We do not provide a key, as keys for customs locks are exclusively for official use by customs officials.
